The reminder icon disappears from the notification area

Hello!

The reminder icon disappears from the notification area.
I haven't figured out yet what events will precede it.

There are times when it comes back on its own, but if I edit some post, or a reminder, than coming back, but later (after some hours or one day) it disappears again.

My phone is:
AEPIM v6.0.11
Andoid 9, Build 55.0.A.10.26
Sony Xperia 1

We're not sure how to reproduce the problem unfortunately. Maybe you happen to notice some specific actions that could be triggering it?

I'm working on the phone and a few minutes ago it even indicated seven reminders, and then the next time I look, the icon is no longer there.
I don't know what will happen.

Last time I closed the display, then after a minute I opened it again and then the icon was no longer in the notification area.

In AEPIM, on the other hand, if I work on something, especially if I edit a task, it appears again, and the messages and reminders are also there.

Unfortunately, I can't even say how long this might last.
I'm afraid that I won't receive some kind of notification.

Whatever experience I have, I will report it here on the forum.

I managed to film the disappearance of the icon (one such occasion) from the notification area.

This also happens when changing the language of the user interface, directly when the application switches to the specified language.

Thanks for sharing the video. It appears that you clear AEPIM from the memory (by swiping it up), and therefore the app stops showing notifications.

We would not recommend swiping up on the app to clear your memory. It is advisable to let the app stay in the background instead. Clearing the memory by swiping up may disrupt the app's functionality and potentially cause issues. It is generally better to allow the app to remain in the background, as this enables smoother multitasking and quicker access to the app when needed.

I very rarely swiping up applications.
And AEPIM almost never.
(I tend to close them differently.)

The disappearance of the icon is independent of the pull-up.
It also currently occurs in version 6.0.16.

But this has only been around for a few versions, it wasn't there before.
Unfortunately, I don't know exactly which version it started with.

By the fact that the icon disappears or does not appear, it indicates that there is we have no due date or task.
While there is, and even more than that, and we don't get to know about it.

This phenomenon or bug, although it may be small, but one of the main functions of the application is to know that we have something to do (and when).
However, it disappears like this.

At the very beginning of the "When_starting_the_application" recording, the EPIM icon is still visible in the notification area, but as soon as the application starts, the icon disappears.

In the "When_changing_the_language_in_settings" recording, I accidentally selected the Italian language in the language setting and the icon disappeared from the notification area.
