Update-Probleme

Hallo
Ich bin neu im Forum und begrüsse alle.

Folgendes Problem:
Ich habe schon länger Probleme beim Einspielen von Updates. Bisher wurden die Updates nur übernommen, wenn ich "Später neu starten" ausführte und den Rechner neu startete. Immerhin wurde dann das Update angenommen.
Es gelingt mir nun aber nicht mehr die Updates 11.6. und 11.6.5 einzuspielen. Es entsteht keine Fehlermeldung. Nach dem Neustart des Rechners erscheint immer wieder die Versionsnummer 11.5.3.
Ich benütze Windows 10 (immer aktualisiert).

Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben wie ich auf die neuste Version 11.6.5 updaten kann?

Your suggestion will certainly work but this is a workaround. The official way to update via "Help -> check for updates" does not work. There is a bug in the update function of EssentialPim.
