Der Fehler tritt nur dann auf, wenn ich auf meinem Mobiltelefon (iPhone) eine Email von gelesen auf ungelesen oder von ungelesen auf gelesen ändere. Siehe mein Post vom 02.08.2023 um 14:47h.

ich muss mich hier mal dranhängen.
Habe heute auf Version 11.6.6.
und trotzdem das gleiche Problem. Die Fehlermeldung kommt, lässt sich nur mit o.k. bestätigen und anschließend stürzt EssentialPim ab.

Unglücklicherweise finde ich im Ordner "Essential Pim Pro/Logs" keine Error.log - Datei.
Nur die jeweiligen Backup-Uploads.
Kann ich eine Erstellung irgendwie anstoßen?

Ein Update auf 11.6.6. bringt auch keine Besserung.

Du musst unter Extras, Optionen, Synchronisation die Protokollierung einschalten und evtl. danach wieder ausschalten. Dann solltest du auch die Dateien im Log-Ordner finden.

Thank you, roypehle, for providing the log file. Could you please describe when the error appears and the actions that precede it? Are you able to reproduce the error consistently?

Den Fehler kann ich jederzeit reproduzieren, wenn ich eine ganz bestimmte E-Mail löschen will (Spam).
Ich klicke die Mail an und sofort kommt eine Fehlermeldung:

Error: Access violation at 0x1E4D727F (tried to write to 0x000A0E38)

Diese geht nur mit "OK" zu bestätigen, anschließend schließt sich EPIM automatisch.
