Access violation at address mit Version 11.6.5

Hallo Admin,

ich habe seit Version 11.6.5 mehrfach täglich eine Fehlermeldung. EPIM ist nicht mehr bedienbar. Der Fehler passiert im Mail-Module meine ich. Ich kann EPIM nur noch per Taskmanager beenden. Ich habe die Fehlermeldung schon mehrfach versandt. Bitte dringend beheben. So kann ich EPIM nicht nutzen.

Ich habe die Fehlermeldung per Mail an error@essentialpim.com gesandt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich im Bereich Mail bin. Ich wechsle von einer andern zurück zu EPIM. Davor evtl. eine Mail gelöscht. Bin mir aber nicht sicher.

es ist soeben wieder passiert. Ich habe die Ursache gefunden. Ich habe mein T-online Konto in EPIM und iphone eingerichtet. Sobald auf dem iphone die Mail als gelesen oder ungelesen markiert wird, erscheint in EPIM gleich die Fehlermeldung. Das ist nachvollziehbar. Bitte dringend beheben. Ein Arbeiten mit EPIM ist so nicht sinnvoll möglich.

Ich kann meinen Account nicht von Fehler zu Fehler löschen und neu anlegen. Das ist nicht zielführend. Der Fehler tritt erst seit 11.6.5 auf. Bitte beheben. Ich möchte eine stabiles und funktionierendes System haben.

In this case, a potential solution to the issue would be to attempt removing the account from EPIM and then adding it back. Since it appears to be an IMAP type of account, this process should be relatively quick and shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

Ich habe das Konto gelöscht und neu angelegt. Das ändert nichts an dem Fehlverhalten. Es ist schade, dass soviel unnötige Zeit verloren wird mit Ratschlägen die nichts helfen anstatt den Fehler zu suchen.

Ich wollte nun auf die 11.5.3 zurück, weil das für mich die letzte stabile Version ist. Das geht aber leider nicht mehr, da die Datenbank mittlerweile upgedatet wurde und die Datenbank für 11.5.3 zu alt ist. Ich muss nun mit dem Fehler leben. Wie lange, dass werde ich hier kund tun.
