Adding attachments in replies to emails

I can't find a button to add attachments when I want to reply to an e-mail?

I know that if you send a new email!
I am wondering if you click to email in the inbox and the email is displayed on the page and then below there are fields where you can reply.
If I answer in that field and want to attach a file, it doesn't work. There is no button to add attachments?

Oh, you mean the quick reply section? You can add attachments by simply dragging and dropping the files there. Hope this addresses your concern.

I've tried dragging and dropping the files but it doesn't work.
Using both the local database and the database from Dropbox on two PCs and in neither of them does Epim work at all.
If it's a fault on the PC, it's very strange that the fault lies with both of them, especially that one of the two is brand new?
