Password letter bar not working

Hi,
I'm using v 11.8.2. When I try to use the letterbar in Passwords, it no longer takes me to the appropriate letter section. Instead: nothing happens. Is there an additional switch needed to activate it?

Please ensure that your passwords are sorted using the title column. Otherwise, the letter bar wouldn't know where to take you.
