[Solved] Download EPIM Pro

With the EPIM Pro license I have automatic updates.
However, I want to download the executable in case I have to install it from scratch, where can I find it?
I would also like to only use the portable version instead of the installed one. The features are the same, right?
And where can I download this version too?

The link given by Admin points to a new page where you can choose between the the download of the standard EssentialPIM 11.8.4 (pro/free/desktop/portable) version or the business EssentialPIM Pro Business 11.8.4.
I have not tried the business version, since I do not use it on a network.

That link is also found on the main websitepage on the left side of the window on the button <download EssentialPIM now>.

When you download https://www.essentialpim.com/download/EssentialPIM.exe you get all four options, depending on the installation you choose for portable or desktop. Default you get the Pro version you can use on trial base or if you have a license key, you can immediately make the Pro version permanent. Otherwise after the trial periode it automatically changes to the free version.


If you open the downloaded file with for instance 7zip, you see the two versions desktop/portable that you can extract.
When you thereafter open the extracted files with for instance 7zip, then you will see two executabes, both the free and pro version.

So in one download you get them all, except the business version, that is a separate download.

Do you have by chance any link to 11.8.4 Pro Business? The link you provided, thanks for that, is to a no-version exe file, so probably 12.
I need to downgrade from 12, and it appears I got no exe file.

Tip for those who search for Pro 11.8.4:

it is not, as one might think, in the link to Pro versions.
It is in the regular EPIM.

Another tip:

this version mentioned above is Pro but not Business, I have just discovered that. No network option.

The only difference between the regular Pro and the Pro Business edition is that the latter contains the server as well. Since you were already running the Business version, you don't need to install/re-install the server.

Re Pro Business, it didn't work that way.

I have installed 11.8.4 Pro from here:

and despite all licenses I got no users in Tools.

So i restored several times one of the backups, last of 11.8.4, and finally it works, you are right, i see Users submenu.
