Blank messages

I am starting to get a lot of messages that are just blank in the preview pane but I can read them if I open the message or reply to it and I am wondering if it started with the 12.0.5 update and wondered if anyone might have same thing going on.

You're describing what 12.0.5 FIXED for ME ref PREVIEW.
Until 0.5 I had to Re-name (and YOU should TRY this) - (EPIM Pro in Program Files x86) WebView2Loader.dll - TO WebView2Loader.dll.OLD - and THEN Preview worked. --- 0.5 For ME does NOT require .old anymore.....
It may help Admin IF you report what happens when YOU try this Re-Naming.
IF No Chg, just Re-Name Back to .dll ....

Your question makes no mention of WHAT 12.0.5 version you 're speaking of.
The Link from - admin - a few posts above ending - new4.exe - WAS MY Solution and apparently MikeBravo's.
If not installed, then Try It. - IF you installed new4 then confirm That.

We're on 12.0.5 and there have been 4 modifications to it attempting to fix reported issues.
These 4 have been offered in admin posts with the Links names (to install and try) ending (ie) -- new2.exe, new3.exe, and Most Recent - new4.exe - currently 5 posts above your's (Aug 6 2:20am)......
As stated, the - new4.exe - Version I installed from This Thread Fixed mine.

This is certainly correct and, as a quick help within the support thread, it is okay and shows how quickly and flexibly EPIM support and EPIM developers can respond to bugs, much faster than most other software developers.

But right here you can see that the build versioning that has been suggested many times would be helpful. For example, it is not clear whether the "new4.exe" can only be downloaded here, or in another thread or how it differs from the official download version or not.
