(Solved) Win 10 Sync to Android

Recently instd Android EPIM ($4 Pro) and All Sync Logs just show - Server Stopped -
I actually forgot about Syncing BUT have 1-Way Win EPIM - TO- Android Only ... in setup.
AT&T 5G Internet HUB in house & HUB Wi-Fi to Desktop and Samsung S23U phone.
Phone EPIM shows "Connected to MY Wi-Fi ID" - Haven't manually attempted Sync SINCE 1st Android Setup 10 Days ago
EPIM PC Sync "Does NOT see ANY PC running Win Ver EPIM" - So "Cannot Connect" is predictable.
IP address in EPIM matches ipconfig ---- PORT 21114 - DON'T know HOW to prove IF THAT is correct.
I DID attempt -- netstat -ab -- in Admin Cmd Prompt AFTER Clk'ing -- Sync All in File-- and Only Found EPIM.EXE - LISTENING.
Sync All only produces a Sync Status Popup with No Activity Shown.....
EPIM IS already a Detection Exclusion in ESET Premium.....

Won't make this a long project but any suggestions are welcomed.

It didn't register in my brain that you .... Must have Win 10 EPIM Open & Start Sync Only From Android - Lucked into a Rare Popup that Told me to Start Sync from Android .... and All is Well..
Occasionally, I have to Re-Scan from Phone IF Android SEES my Wi-Fi ID BUT NOT my Win 10 Computer. 2nd attempt works and I Clk on the line showing my Desktop - Sync occurs.
