Critical(Due)Dates and Unaproved Appointments on very top in EPIMtoday. standard or by user setting

hi admin,
i desperately need to put some pending/vor(e)mark Appointment on top of epim/today!
how to get some of it shown like pined post on twitter or blog, over the Appointment List in epim/today?!
like no one could help or knew how to do it, i make a feature request.
i was almost in trouble as had such a pending appointment, which had to be canceled few days before, as got obsolete.
if you don't cancel some type of appointments you get a fine or become other financial disadvantages.
you can try to bypass the problem temporarly by setting a reminder but i also want/need to keep better an eye on very important appointments and could see the ESSENTIAL APPOINTMENTS or DATES on a PROMINENT PLACE. You would set it by category like 'ESSENTIAL' and eventually set a timespan for the forecast of this appointments.
as i not yet tried very complicated appointments, i would better see the ESSENTIAL things, like to see the PHONE CONTRACT or FINANCIAL CONTRACTS, TAX, MEETING, BIG ANNIVERSARY or DATE(NIGHT) or whatever you define as ESSENTIAL AND TO SEE ON VERY TOP OF EPIM TODAY VIEW! You decide what's so essential for you to see it there.
I'm not yet sure how to realize the reminder to show timespan.
We need also a second reminder which depends of another date, EXAMPLE:
INTERNET or PHONE CONTRACT. 24m. to cancel 3m before and you have to set a reminder x days or weeks before the 3m, so we should have to possibily set a second date in an appointment and a 'up front' reminder before the first due date as you need a safe timespan.
this was an example, you may need it also for the mentioned things above.
It's ESSENTIAL!!!
I mean to see it on the top of ALL in EPIMtoday like an ALL day Appointment in Calendar.
