OPTIMAL Menu. Customization Needed. (EDITED)

hi admin,
miss to move 2nd menubar elements and add some, like settings menu to EXPAND and
to add some often used options as icon.
movable menu elements and single icons.
(EDIT movable searchbar, to move a line higher, to stop shrinking of other elements! and get it more in the middle for centered use!)
EXAMPLE: pdf xchange viewer.
say if allready possible: 'OPTIMAL Display of Done Appointments! (edited)'

i jump babk to older, till some improvement comes.
