12.1.4 | Notes: Screenshots with very poor resolution
Hello,
when I add a screenshot within notes, the quality is extremely poor, so that you can hardly read anything in the image. This makes the function useless for me, as I need to be able to recognise the content of the images.

What steps do we need to take to reproduce the issue? Does it occur with every screenshot? Also, could you share how you're creating the screenshots?

Hi, I have always used Greenshot, no special settings. I have only had this problem since this version.
Here is a short video about this.

If you right-click on the pasted image and select Image -> Properties, what are the width and height settings in percentage points?

You can set it to 100%, which should display the image without distortions.

Re: 12.1.4 | Notes: Screenshots with very poor resolution
Screenshots embedded in notes are distorted as soon as the zoom-in or zoom-out function is used and a value different from 100% is set. The inital post of daho2018 shows a zoom-value of 130%. EPIM shows this unpleasant behavior ever since I started using it.

Thanks for the tip about the zoom, unfortunately I hadn't actually noticed it. As soon as I set it back to 100%, everything looks fine. Thank you.

Re: 12.1.4 | Notes: Screenshots with very poor resolution
Nevertheless it is very annoying that screenshots become extremely hard to read when the zoom factor is unequal to 100%.
