Permanent Show Taskbar for Changing View! /Shown Items

pls show the show/hide completed task/appt all time or add setting, goes on my nervs as need to go to seetings as it works only one way through taskbar.
disable goes but enable need go to settings.
pls add setting show permanently and/or add icon or on/off link for that!
there are needed more icons, sidebars, customization at all, movable!
