Make quicker confirm of Appointment changes!

hi admin,
i mostly have changes in top area of appt or task window and search for improved option to quick confirm, instead of going to very buttom to ok.
is allready alternative confirm possible?
it would be great to quick confirm changes on appt, tasks.
ideas
1. confirm near most changes area top part, so...
ok button in the middle, direct after progress.
2. maybe confirm by double click on any part of background.
could make mistakes, so please first option.

If you're referring to a separate item editing window, pressing Ctrl+Enter is the standard confirmation shortcut.

i'm nearly merried to my mouse, so search for a quick button in the middle, like explained, or double click on the background of window.
hope to find a solution like the suggested or near to them.
