Hotmail/Outlook email account issues

This is driving me mad, I've "re-authorized" and even removed, restarted and re-added my hotmail account several times and still every now-and-then EPIM asks to re-login to the account and it's very frustrating. My account is protect by 2FA and I don't want to keep re-authorizing the account just to check my email and many times when I'm just sending an email. What's going on? Is this a bug? Anyone else facing this issue?

This Oct 2022 Thread below involves the same -- happening EVERYtime -- Vs YOUR Random -- and I posted that a Oct 22 Version Update - fixed my Hotmail issue - while another Forum member - with @outlook.com - remained an issue.
WITH only RANDOM occurrences your issue May/May Not be the same....

You should Edit/Add a MAIL LOG to this Thread (Chk Log date-TIME against Issue Date-Time)-- made ONLY WHEN this issue occurs-- as THAT was part of the '22 troubleshoot.

Thanks for providing the log. Please check which version of EPIM was used to create the database file? You can find this info by navigating to File->Database Management, where you'll see the the field: "This database was opened in".

If the first version is 9.* or earlier, please transfer all your data into a new database using EPIM Synchronizer.

In that case, migrating your data into a new database would be the recommended solution to resolve the issue.

I followed your instructions @admin and so far all is good, thank you!

Now, if only someone can tell me how to stop EPIM from changing the zoom level randomly when viewing emails.

Regarding the zoom level issue, could you please record a short video demonstrating the problem? As this appears to be a new issue that hasn't been reported before..
