Hi everyone,

we are grateful for any technical questions or bug reports our users post. It lets us know that something went wrong and gives us a chance to help you.
However, most of the time we spend not on fixing the issue, but rather on finding out basic details of what's happening.

To help us and you, please make sure that your post contains following information:

- EssentialPIM full version and edition number. Example: "EPIM Pro 9.10"
- Other software (if involved) full version and bit number. Example: "Outlook 2019 64 bit"
- Windows version number. Example: "Windows 10"
- a screenshot of a particular problem. Screenshots give us a lot of information. Making screenshots: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

Since synchronizing with other systems is becoming more important with the day, please also inform us about the
- system where you are synchronizing with
- modules you are synchronizing
- type of synchronisation (1 way to ..., 1 way from ..., 2 way with ...)

When you post messages concerning the Mobile version of EPIM (often Android), please give following information;
- EPIM mobile version number
- System and version of your tablet or smartphone (Android, IOS etc. and version nr.)
- When problem concerns synchronisation, then post info
- - - about the system where you are syncing with.
- - - on the modules you are synchronising
- - - of the type of synchronisation (1 way to Mobile, 1 way to PC, 2 way)
- If possible post a screenshot of the problem

EPIM Pro 5.82 Win7 Ult 3
How do I stop contacts automatically picking up every email address in my mail box? I discarded all junk ones and after reopening EPIM later find they are all back. I want only the contacts that I add.

Maybe you just need to browse and open your database file?

Epim Portable Free 11.2.5 and W7.

Having recovered the calender after the earlier 'New version' issue above - minus the latest events which had to be re-entered - I have been unable to do further updates, getting the following error message.

Epim error.jpg

I'm not a technician, just a user, so is there any way I can sort this out myself, using laymans terms please?

We recommend you to download and install the program from our web site: https://www.essentialpim.com/download-free, it should work then. Thanks.
