Google Reminders = Option to ignore reminder status in sync!

Here is the thing...

I have set up SMS and E-mail remidners via Google Calendar online, (default for all events).
When i add an event in Essential PIM, if i do NOT specify a reminder, it does not remind me via Google Calendar since it syncs with no reminders there.

Is there an option to ignore the Essential PIM Reminder Tick box and sync to default Google-set SMS E-mail reminder settings? ......... Like creating an event in GCal online?

As of right now, i have to sync to GCal............ Go to Gcal online for EACH Event ................ and then set MANUALLY a SMS and E-mail reminder ??!! Very Annoying!!! Defeats the whole purpose of GCal...... which are reminders!!!!

I'm using the v4.24, is that option has been implemented since 2009 ?
This should be very useful because I've to do it manually in the google calendar online
