Is there a discount if I already own a competitive product and would like to switch to EssentialPIM Pro?

I ordered EssentialPIM Pro recently but didn't receive my license key. What should I do?
The key is sent automatically immediately once funds are received. Normally you should get it within seconds. If you didn’t receive your license within couple of minutes of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder, as it may be there. If you still can't find it anywhere, please contact us with your order ID number, and we'll assist you.
Will my data be preserved if I upgrade my Free version of EssentialPIM to the Pro one?
Upgrading from the Free version of EssentialPIM to the Pro version won't cause any loss of data. When you upgrade, your data will be automatically converted and opened in EssentialPIM Pro. If you need to locate your EPIM database file on your computer, simply run a search for *.epim files.
I’d like to pay via Bank/Wire transfer, is this possible?
Yes, and you have 2 options:
- Contact us and we will provide you with an invoice in electronic form (PDF), which you can use immediately. When requesting an invoice, please provide us with your company name, full address and VAT number (if any) and let us know the number of copies you wish to purchase.
