We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of EssentialPIM 11.5.1. This latest version offers enhanced features designed to improve user experience and productivity, as well as several bug fixes, stability enhancements, and interface improvements.
One of the features added in the new version is the "Paste as Plain Text" option for canned responses. The synchronization of recurring events with Microsoft 365 and recurring tasks with Toodledo has also been improved. In addition, quick-created tasks via the "Add a task" method now follow default template settings. If you wish to see a detailed list of changes, please visit the Version History page.

Smart Lists in Tasks
If you're someone who likes to stay organized and on top of your tasks, you'll love EssentialPIM's Smart Lists feature. With four different dynamically and automatically populated lists to choose from - All, Important, Flagged, and Completed - you can quickly and easily access the corresponding tasks in a more efficient and effective way than ever before.
The previous post got us thinking about EssentialPIM as a tool for managing our digital assets, such as documents; inventories of our book, video, and photo collections; details about online accounts and accessing them, etc.
EPIM is not Digital Asset Management (DAM) software per se, but we'll continue to see how it performs three broad functions of DAM. Keeping information secure and private is one task which you can read about here. In this post, we'll review the other two functions: access and organization.

I have three EssentialPIM databases which I learned recently I should consider digital assets.
The term "digital assets" surfaced about 30 years ago when a variety of files—videos, images, audio, and documents—were stored on hard and floppy drives. Since then, the Internet and cloud services have swept social media accounts, email, cryptocurrencies, domain names, blogs, and more into this virtual cabinet.
Essentially, anything you can store electronically that has value, whether sentimental or material, is a digital asset. This includes our EssentialPIM databases.
We are glad to announce the immediate availability of EPIM 11.2.5. This version offers speedier synchronization with EPIM Cloud, optimized synchronizations with iCloud, CardDAV, Toodledoo services and several other tweaks and fixes to improve your experience. We reviewed in a previous post several enhancements that EssentialPIM v11.2 introduced in Mail. Here, we'll look at other changes EPIM 11.2 has brought.
We are pleased to inform you about the availability of the new EPIM version 11.2.4. In this release we focused on improving synchronizations with various online services (including Google Calendar, iCloud, EPIM Cloud), fixing issues found since the last version and implementing various improvements here and there to ensure seamless use of the update. We announce the immediate availability of the Pro and Free versions of EPIM 11.2.3. In this release we brought back the Consolidated view for tasks, added a new tasks sorting option “As in Tasks Module” for Sidebars and Today for those who like to use complex sorting criteria, fixed many known issues since the previous version and improved stability and performance of the program.
